Other drives advertise how many AI models they carry. We think that's the wrong number to be proud of — so here is what happened when we put thirteen of them through the same large, diverse set of real questions, using the same search the app actually uses.
A larger, higher-scoring model did arithmetic off an adult dose and produced a children's medicine amount that appears in no document on the drive. It was the configured default until that test.
Another scored well but ran away on two out of every three answers — page after page, long past the point it had answered the question.
A third refused dozens of questions the drive had good sources for.
It was not the top scorer. What it did do — alone among the thirteen — was get through the entire set without inventing a single number.
It's also small and quick, which is why it runs on an ordinary laptop instead of needing a gaming machine.

Yes. The AI model, the documents, the wikis and the maps are all on the drive, and the app runs from the drive. There is no server to call. You can pull the network cable and watch it keep working.
A Windows 10 or 11 machine. It uses your graphics card if you have one and the processor if you don't — it's slower without a GPU, not broken. Nothing is installed and no admin rights are needed.
In Library mode every answer lists the documents it came from, and you can open them on the drive and read the passage. The app also flags numbers in an answer that it can't find in the sources — a dose, a ratio, a measurement — so you know to check it.
Not preloaded — they are free from the US government, and there are more than 40,000 of them. The drive ships with the full catalog and a direct download link for every quad, plus the free space to keep the ones you want.
Your conversations are saved on the drive itself, so you can come back to an answer later — nothing is sent anywhere and there's no account holding them. You can delete any conversation from inside the app.
Worth knowing if you lend the drive to someone: your history travels with it, because it lives on the stick rather than on your computer. Clear it first, or ask a question without saving it at all.

The documents themselves are US-government public domain, old enough to be public domain by age, or openly licensed — you could go and collect them yourself, for nothing, and you'd be welcome to. What you're buying is the part that took the time: choosing which 13,846 of them are worth carrying, sorting them into subjects the AI can search properly, building the index, and writing the software that runs it all with no internet.
No. The individual public-domain documents are free to anyone — that's the nature of public domain, and we're not claiming otherwise. But this drive as a whole is not: the software, the search index, and the selection and arrangement of the collection are ours, and copying the drive to sell or give away isn't permitted.
The copy you buy is yours — use it forever, on as many of your own machines as you like, put your own books and maps on it, hand it to your family, no phoning home and no license check.
